Getting to Know you and your journey with us...
Consultation
Hey, it is great news you are thinking about booking a consultation! I conduct consultations by Zoom or WhatsApp, or in person if you prefer.
We will generate a colour pallet based on your chosen colour scheme and I will supply you an initial quote based on your ideas and florals needed.
Booking with us
To book with us and secure a date, we will ask for a deposit. Usually it will be 10% of your initial quotation. This amount will be reduced off your final invoice.
We stay in touch
I set up a private Whatsapp Wedding Bloom Room for all of my couples. This allows us to remain in contact through out the time leading up to your wedding to confirm exciting things like your 'flowers have been ordered' and this also allows you to check any last minute details if you need to.
We will have a final second meeting approximately six weeks before your ceremony. In this last meeting we will finalise the plan and set out the itinerary for the day – and of course finalise your quotation to an invoice.
We also use WhatsApp or email to let you know when we have arrived at your wedding venue on the day.
