Return and Refund Policy ~ floral displays

Our Return and Refund policy for floral arrangements consists of:

• Terms of return: Item must be returned on the same day of delivery
• State of return: Item must be in the condition it was delivered in
• Reason for return (e.g. damaged product), we would always advise you to contact us directly to arrange return.
• Process for return (i.e. how to initiate a return) Please contact us by e-mail
• Process of refund will be credited back to you by method of payment as per normal banking days to process, which is usually 3-5 days.
